  1. Population and dissenters: We have about Seventy three Families. Not one Dissenter.

  2. Public or charity schools: We have not any Publick or Charity School in our Parish.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: We have one Small Tenement given for the Repair of Our Church: directed by proper Feoffees. I neither Know nor have heard of any Abuse or Fraud committed by them in ye Management thereof.

  4. Residence upon cure: I do reside personally upon my Cure, & in my Parsonage – House.

  5. Curate: [No answer given]

  6. Divine service at other churches: I do not.

  7. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform’d in my Church on Holy-Days & twice every Lords Day, with a Sermon in ye morning.

  8. Frequency of communion: Generally Eight or Nine Sundays.

  9. Number of communicants: We have about 200 Communicants (so many at least above the Age of Sixteen) of these sometimes 50, sometime 60 usually receive the Holy Communion. In particular, Sixty at least Communicated, the last Easter.

  10. Catechising of children: The Children <have been &> are Catechised, the greatest part of the Summer. My Parishioners are too negligent in Sending their Children & Servants to be Instructed in ye Catechism.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: We have not any Chapel within our Parish.
